So Who Am I?
My name is Alan Twigg and I’m the author of the book “And Suddenly, Everything Changed”, which is published in English and German.
I moved to an exclusively plant-based diet in 2016 after my daughter gave me the book “How Not to Die”, by Dr. Michael Greger to read.
I live in Tenerife in the Canary Islands with my wife Susanne and I’m a father and grandfather of 4 children and 4 grandchildren. I’ve always been passionate about health.
I have lots of energy and a desire to help motivate you towards embarking on this fantastic adventure of a plant-based diet. The evidence is so compelling that it will enhance your health, but also help reduce the suffering of animals and help in the battle against climate change.
